2.Introduction

For example, in some desert regions, dry gardens with low-water requiring plants, known as drought-resistant plants, have been expanding. Another example is the drip irrigation system has been made Israel become a major agricultural exported despite its lack of water. Although this way also requires a great deal of money, I would suggest that this could be the most economical solution and a good long-term investment.

Ví dụ: Nowadays many jobs are more stressful and the working day is longer. What are the reasons for this? What can employers do to help employees?

=> My conclusion would be that competition from the job market and globalization is the principal cause of stress at work and a longer working day. Employers can help address these problems by recognizing that reducing stress and regulating working hours will lead to greater efficiency.
