BÍ QUYẾT LUYỆN THI IELTS WRITING

IELTS Writing Task 1

OBJECT

Định nghĩa:

Object là dạng đề miêu tả về cấu tạo, màu sắc, tính chất, chức năng… của một vật.

Dàn bài chung:

Gồm có 4 phần, Introduction, Overview, Detail (1 & 2)

Một số cấu trúc thường sử dụng:

Trật tự tính từ trong tiếng anh

O (opinion)  => S (size)  => A (age)  => C (color)  => O (origin)  => M (material)  => P (purpose)  => N (noun)

Ví dụ : A nice small old red spanish leather running shoe

1.Introduction

Phần này chúng ta sẽ giới thiệu chung về tên và chức năng chính và có thể thêm vào phần thiết kế nổi bật hoặc đặc tính, đặc điểm của vật được miêu tả. Ta có thể áp dụng mẫu câu sau:

“The picture /diagram /drawing / photo + show/ illustrate + object name (+ main function/ design)“

Ví dụ: The diagrams below show some principles of house design for cool and for warm climates

=> “The diagrams show how house designs differ according to climate.”

2.Overview

Phần này sẽ tập trung nói về những đặc điểm bên ngoài.

Ví dụ :

“The clock is an antique; it's probably a collector's item. It is housed in a large wooden cabinet that stands nearly two meters tall.”

3.Detail

Mô tả cụ thể chi tiết

Ví dụ :

“It’s consists of four sections: The two spoked wheels, a set of the handlebar, and a revolving cog held together by a metal frame. The cyclist who is the balance on top a seat covered by a soft saddle, lean forward and grips the handlebars, pushing down with his or her on the pedals with rotating up and down. They drive a central notched cog which is connected by a metal chance to the back wheel hub. Alternative gear position is available by operating a year lever at the hand level. Also on the handlebars is the brake lever, which is linked by a cable to a set of brakes on the back wheels.

Accessories include the air pump, which with the rubber tires are filled periodically with air, the speedometer, and a headlamp for use at night”
